Ingredients
12ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
1/4cupsour cream
1/2cupmayo
1/4cupgreen onionschopped
1tablespooncapersdrained and rinsed
1tablespoonhorseradish
1teaspoonlemon juice
1tablespoonfresh dillfinely chopped
1teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
8ouncessmoked salmon
Kosher salt to taste
Garnish:
capers
dill
lemon slices
Instructions
Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, green onions, capers, horseradish, lemon juice, dill, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a bowl and stir to combine.
Add smoked salmon to a food processor and pulse until the salmon is finely chopped.
Stir it into the cream cheese mixture.
Taste and adjust for salt.
Garnish and serve.
