Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated colby jack cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
  1. Place a sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Add heavy cream and once it starts to get warm, stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stirk until thick and creamy, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Serve with corn chips.
