Salsa Verde Chicken is such an easy and juicy way to prepare chicken in just 30 minutes with just 5 ingredients in one pan.

Ingredients
  • 5-6 chicken thighs bone in and skin on
  • 1 can 7oz can Salsa Verde
  • 1 can 4oz green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a large bowl combine salsa verde, green chillies, maple syrup and olive oil. Stir to combined.
  4. If you have time, add the mixture over the chicken in a deep pan or large ziplock bag and marinate for 2-8 hours.
  5. Lightly grease a deep baking dish or pan with oil, add chicken to the pan skin side up.
  6. Pour the mixture over the chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  7. From time to time, brush the chicken with the juices from the pan.
  8. Broil chicken for 3-5 minutes if you wanted a crispier, golden top.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
