Ingredients
Salad:
1head iceberg lettucechopped
3large tomatoessliced
4hard-boiled eggschopped
1cupbaconcooked and chopped
1cupcroutons
1/4cupgreen onions
1/2cupcrumbled blue cheese
Blue Cheese Dressing:
1/4cupsour cream
1/3mayonnaise
1/4cupbuttermilk
1/4cupcrumbled blue cheese
1tablespoonlemon juice
1clovegarlicminced
1/2teaspoondry dill
Pinchof salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl, transfer to a mason jar and use when needed. Refrigerate.
Combine all the salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Pour the dressing on top, toss when ready to serve.
