Shrimp Cobb Salad is a hearty, elegant rendition of the classic Cobb. The fresh shrimp is seasoned and seared, then piled on crisp greens with blue cheese, bacon, eggs, corn, and other delicious toppings.

  • 1 lb shrimp cooked and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 4 hard-boied eggs
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce leaves washed and dried
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 8 oz. blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 cups croutons
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix the shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the shrimp in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until golden, 2-3 minutes.
Make the Dressing:
  1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl, stir.
Assemble the Salad:
  1. In a large salad bowl or individual salad bowls, add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and half of the croutons, toss to combine.
  2. Top with the remaining ingredients, except the remaining croutons.
  3. Pour the dressing on top and top with the remaining croutons. Serve.
