Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350F.
  2. Cut tilapia into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Set out three shallow bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in another.
  4. Add bread crumbs mixed with paprika garlic powder and a bit of salt into the third.
  5. Working with one piece of fish at a time, dip into flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs mixture.
  6. Place fish pieces into the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Cook in batches if needed.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
