Ingredients
Filling:
  • 2 pounds cooked shrimp peeled and deveined, if frozen thaw them first
  • 4 stalks celery finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup relish
  • 1 tablespoon diced dill
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
To serve:
  • 8 lemon wedges
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Chopped green onions
Instructions
  1. Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl and stir. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
Serve:
  1. Scoop the filling into hot dog buns and sprinkle smoked paprika on top.
  2. Sprinkle green onions on top and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
