Ingredients
  • 3 cups milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt or pumpkin pie yogurt
  • 2 medium bananas frozen
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting off with 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

  2. Start the blender out on low speed and gradually increase it to high until the mixture is smooth.

  3. Taste and add more pumpkin pie spice, if needed.

  4. Serve immediately.
