  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ounces can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients, making sure to only use about ¼ of the tomato sauce. Reserve the rest.

  3. Press the meat into the muffin tins.

  4. Top with a bit of the remaining tomato sauce.

  5. Cook for 20-30 minutes, until cooked through.

  6. Serve warm.
