Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers are the perfect game day snack made with spicy peppers filled with creamy cheese, chicken, and bacon stuffing.
Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, make the filling by mixing cream cheese with chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, scallions, garlic, hot sauce; stir until well combined.
After cutting the jalapenos in half, remove the seeds and membranes, and stuff evenly with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
Arrange the stuffed jalapeños in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Air fry until the tops are browned and the jalapeños are tender, for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with more diced cooked bacon and green onions before serving.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
