Ingredients
6ripe tomatoesfinely diced
2jalapeñosseeds removed and finely diced
1limezested and juiced
½teaspoondried oregano
2clovesgarlicminced
1/4cupcilantrofinely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Dice finely the tomatoes using a very sharp knife. Add them to a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to one hour before serving.
