Ingredients
  • 1 pound imitation crab meat cubed or flaked
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
Instructions
  1. Prepare all the ingredients and add them to a large bowl, except the green onions, stir to combine.
  2. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 2 days.
  3. Garnish with green onion when serving.
