Ingredients
  • 2 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts halved crossways
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350F.
  2. Mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, Italian Seasoning, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Lightly spray both sides of the halved chicken breasts with cooking spray.
  4. Toss the chicken breasts well in the coating mix and place them in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook between 4-5 mins then flip over and cook for 4-5 mins on the next side Cooking times will vary a few minutes based on the thickness of the breast. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
