Ingredients
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in and skin on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasoning:
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dipping sauce for serving
Instructions
  1. Mix seasoning ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Place chicken in a large bowl and toss with olive oil and seasoning.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin side down, 2 inches apart from one from each other. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until the temperature reaches 165 degrees F and the skin is crispy.
  5. Serve with your favorite sauce.
