Ingredients
  • 2 Ribeye Steaks 1.5 inches thick
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme finely diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter , softened
Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Pat dry the steaks and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Mix butter with fresh rosemary and thyme, set aside in the fridge.
  4. Add the steak to the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, turning over after 6 minutes for medium. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, top with the herb butter and serve.
