Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground sausage or ground beef
  • 6 cups coleslaw mix
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¼ cup green onions diced
Instructions
  1. Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground sausage, break with a spoon and cook for 7 minutes. Drain fat.

  2. Add in coleslaw mix, minced garlic, ground ginger, and soy sauce. Cook until coleslaw mix is tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Serve topped with green onions.
