Ingredients
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 ounces full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cups white rum or coconut rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cinnamon sticks for serving
Instructions
  1. Add to a blender the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and coconut milk, and blend until combined.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse a few times to combine.

  3. After that transfer the mixture to a pitcher and add the cinnamon sticks.

  4. Chill in the fridge overnight before serving.
