No Bake Granola Bars
are just what you needed for a quick breakfast or for when you want
to get that extra boost of energy in the middle of the day!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • ½ cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Combine butter, peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
  2. Once it begins to bubble, stir in the rest of the remaining ingredients. Continue to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until browned.
  3. Press mixture into a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Cool completely and cut into bars.
