Ingredients
Salad:
5cupsshredded green cabbage
4cupsshredded red cabbage
1cupshredded carrot
1/4cupgreen onionschopped
Dressing:
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
2clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
2tablespoonswhite sugaror to taste
1/2teaspoonsaltor to taste
Instructions
Add Dressing ingredients to a jar and shake well, set aside.
Add Salad ingredients to a large bowl, pour the Dressing on top, and toss.
Set aside salad for 20 - 30 minutes, and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
