  • 4 oz cream of coconut
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 6 oz light rum or more pineapple juice
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 2 cups ice add more depending on how thick you like it


  1. Place all ingredients except ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice slowly and continue blending until combined.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses, garnish with a piece of pineapple, and serve.
