Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Seasoning:
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Pat dry pork chops with paper towels, then brush with oil.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all the Seasoning ingredients.
  4. Coat well and rub the Seasoning onto the pork chops, press slightly for it to stick to the meat.
  5. Place pork chops in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flip pork chops mid-cooking.
  6. They are done once golden brown and the internal temperature is 145-160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Let them rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
