  • 4 ears of corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley very finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese


  1. Peeling the green leaves and remove the silk strands from the corn ears.

  2. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket, so they don't touch each other.

  5. Air fry at 380 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until tender.

  6. Serve topped with butter, paprika, parmesan cheese, or cotija cheese.
