Eggnog French Toast is deliciously creamy and puffy, topped with syrup and fresh berries. This recipe has a Christmas spirit in it, thanks to the eggnog, and is ready in just about 15 minutes.
Place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. When the butter is melted, dunk the bread slices in the eggnog mixture, and soak well both sides in it. After, place them in the heated skillet.
Cook until golden (about 2-3 minutes each side), then flip and cook until golden on the other side too. Add the remaining butter and cook the remaining slices.
