Can I make Chicken Ranch Pasta without bacon?
Yes! While I love the flavor of salty bacon in this easy chicken dinner, it can be omitted or used as a garnish. Another option is to serve it on the side, satisfying both those who do, and do not eat bacon.
What are some good pasta dishes?
Obviously, Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta is a great pasta dish! It is creamy and cheesy, and the mix of noodles and meat will leave you full for hours. It’s a perfect winter comfort food.
But I love pasta all through the year. In addition to the Chicken Ranch Pasta dinner, here are a few other favorite pasta dishes to try:
- Jalapeno Popper Pasta is an easy one-pan pasta dinner. It also features a creamy, cheesy texture that compliments the crispy bacon. The jalapenos give it a unique flavor.
- My Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta is an updated version of the classic dish. This one is ready in just 30 minutes, made in one pan. Instead of spending hours preparing gourmet chicken cordon bleu, get the same taste in this easy pasta dish.

It was pretty good but the ranch overpowered the dish. I’m going to try a cup of ranch and a cup of heavy cream next time I make it.
